He is registered with the Professional Association of CPA of Pavia and with the Register of Statutory Auditors at the Ministry of Justice.
Founder of the original firm, he has over 40 years of experience in corporate and tax advisory, as well as in matters relating to corporate crisis and insolvency, assisting industrial, commercial, and service companies.
He serves as Bankruptcy Trustee, Liquidator, and Court-appointed Receiver for the Courts of Pavia and Voghera, and acts as Chairman of Boards of Statutory Auditors and Standing Auditor in corporations and non-profit entities.
He has been a member of the State Examination Commission for professional qualification and a lecturer in training courses on VAT and corporate matters.
